Who you are

We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, loves working with people, and is passionate about process
1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup
Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite
Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management
Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers

What the job involves

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Maven, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup
This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent
Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
Manage recruiting pipelines, stay in close contact with candidates, and provide updates regarding their application and interview status
Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
Protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how Maven is presented
