• Drive platform-first adoption of CI/CD, testing, and lifecycle automation
• Define and promote golden paths for building, deploying, and operating services
• Lead the evolution of lifecycle automation platforms
• Reduce tooling fragmentation through consolidation and strong defaults
• Influence engineering practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and reliability
• Partner with senior leaders to align DevEx investments with business priorities
• Represent DevEx strategy in senior technical and leadership forums
