Who you are

  • A seasoned creative leader with extensive experience managing and scaling high-performing in-house creative teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative direction for large-scale, global campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven success in managing and developing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, especially social media, digital advertising, CRM, and web design
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to juggle multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design and creative tools
  • Visionary mindset, with the ability to think strategically while ensuring flawless execution at the tactical level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working alongside senior stakeholders and executive leadership

What the job involves

  • As the Head of Creative Studio for ClearScore you will be responsible for leading the overall vision, strategic direction and performance of the Creative Studio.
  • Delivering world-class creative direction that aligns with business goals, ensuring exceptional quality, timeliness, and budget control.
  • Driving branding and operational excellence while fostering the continuous professional development of a best-in-class creative team
  • Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Creative Studio, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving creative excellence across all touch points
  • Lead a multidisciplinary creative team, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous innovation
  • Develop high-impact creative solutions across multiple channels (digital, social, video, print, etc.), setting and maintaining a high creative bar
  • Oversee the creative roadmap, balancing short-term business needs with long-term strategic objectives
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on creative initiatives
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, optimal resource allocation, and implementation of scalable tools and methodologies
  • Track and report on the Studio’s performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise creative impact and operational effectiveness
