IT Project Manager, Abnormal Security

• You are confident in leading Agile and Scrum ceremonies, and excel at facilitating collaboration across technical teams

• You’re comfortable working in deeply technical environments and have a solid knowledge of machine learning, data engineering, or AI concepts

• 4–6 years of project management experience in technology environments, primarily utilizing Agile delivery
• Proven experience working with or supporting AI/ML or Data Engineering teams
• Solid command of ServiceNow, Jira and/or similar Agile project management tools
• Track record of delivering high-impact software or platform features
• Effective communicator and facilitator across highly technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and process improvements in ambiguous environments
• Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams

• You’ll help drive delivery of impactful AI capabilities by managing multiple concurrent projects in an agile framework

• Drive AI Platform projects from conception to delivery in an Agile environment
• Maintain sprint plans, coordinate team ceremonies, and ensure accurate story estimation and backlog hygiene
• Define and track KPIs to measure project delivery performance and stakeholder satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with Engineering, Data Science, and Product partners
• Implement tooling for project tracking, communication, and reporting
• Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement loops
• Report regularly to leadership with progress, blockers, and mitigation strategies
• Support roadmap planning and team resource forecasting
