What the job involves
- At Lenus, we’re building the future of holistic health. As a Key Account Manager in our Miami office, you’ll target, onboard, and support the leading online health and fitness coaches across the globe to achieve lasting success
- Target & Empower Coaches: You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus
- Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives
- Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches’ impact
- Building Partnerships: Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go-to collaborator
- Ensuring Quality Excellence: Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus’s commitment to quality
- Join our dynamic Miami Key Account Management team, where you’ll collaborate with a driven group of professionals including a dedicated Team Lead and experienced Senior Key Account Managers. Together, we are passionate about helping online coaches grow and scale their businesses
- You'll work cross-functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding, and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results

Our take
Lenus offers health and nutrition professionals an IT platform through which they can furnish their customers with online coaching and customised workout/nutrition plans. The idea is to shoulder some of the administrative burden of running and scaling a health business: whilst individualised client sessions are growing in popularity, they’re a tough model for one coach to handle profitably.
Over recent years, the company has opened subsidiary offices in Sweden, Britain, and Germany, and closed Denmark’s largest-ever Series A round - so the appetite for Lenus’ services is clearly strong. This could be down, at least in part, to an increasing number of health and lifestyle coaches going independent following the shuttering of businesses over the pandemic. Plus, of course, the sustained interest in at-home services even after gyms reopened.
Following the addition of an online coaching school supported by its Series A funding in 2021, additional investment in 2023 is helping the company focus on product innovation and expanding operations internationally, with a strong emphasis on its largest market, the US.
