Role
Who you are
- You have 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 2-3 years dedicated to paid social and display campaign management
- Hands-on campaign management experience with key paid social channels such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
- Experience working with/managing display partners like Criteo
- You possess a "test and learn" mindset, and have an understanding of the full user journey and where social media can impact and compliment it most
- You are comfortable pulling your own data and conducting detailed analyses using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets (pivot tables), and SQL
- People describe you as a clear communicator, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
- You’re highly proactive, self-motivated, and have a stellar work ethic. You’re looking for the right company to support your growth

What the job involves
- As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading strategy and execution on a variety of channels across Paid Social and Display
- You will be responsible for setting the vision and leveraging these channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- This role will work across a variety of bidding types and creative formats and run campaigns that reach customers at all parts of the marketing funnel
- You will accomplish this by partnering with brand/integrated marketing, data science, and creative in setting the audience and creative strategy as well as planning/executing campaigns which align with campaign and company objectives
- You will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices
- Develop and own goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Employ a data-backed approach to decision making & campaign management; regularly extract insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimizations
- Proactively make recommendations to optimize and scale campaigns through bidding, targeting, audience, and creative learnings
- Collaborate with external agency and internal cross-functional teams to integrate paid media on social and display to align with overall brand and growth strategy
- Partner with the in-house/external creative team to support creative development, including crafting briefs, conducting creative tests, and reporting on creative insights to continuously optimize our creative strategy across video, image, and copy
Our take
Shopping online for clothes is not always a fun experience. Finding clothes you like is only half the battle. Sizing guides and return policies seem to have been designed to be challenging to understand, and can also vary wildly from company to company.
Stitchfix sets out to change this by making online clothes shopping personalized and hassle-free. Customers take a survey on their personal tastes, and pay a one-off fee for a stylist, to receive a box of 5 personalized items. Then, they simply pay for any items they keep, or return what they don't want free of charge.
Stitchfix's unique blend of technology and human touch allows the company to deliver its personalized experience at scale. Unfortunately, this once exciting brand has been hit hard by economic trends, cutting back staff and shutting down UK operations entirely. Only time will tell if it can bounce back and find success again in the future.
