Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in marketing roles within B2B environments, with at least 5 years of progressive experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious goals
  • Proven experience in developing marketing communications and brand platform to establish a cohesive brand identity and messaging framework
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience in traditional media advertising campaigns (e.g., outdoor advertising) is a plus
  • Familiarity with fintech industry trends and regulatory frameworks is advantageous

What the job involves

  • Your contributions will actively matter, and you’ll be a respected part of the team from day one
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for 3S Money in the B2B sector
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Direct the development of marketing communications and brand platform to establish a cohesive brand identity and messaging framework
  • Lead the development of compelling PR and content strategies to engage target audiences across various channels and drive brand visibility
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including owned media (websites, social media), and bought media (SEM/SEO/Social PPC/Programmatic), ensuring optimal performance and ROI
  • Develop and implement targeted cold outreach programs to acquire new clients and expand market presence
  • Drive the implementation of CRM systems and lead CRM programs to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Utilize data analytics to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact
