Who you are
- Bring production experience building React applications
- Have a strong understanding of Javascript or Typescript
- Take pride in your work & love building great UIs
- Be a self-starter and a clear communicator - as part of a small team, you’ll be developing the requirements for your work in collaboration with the product owner

What the job involves
- The Experience team’s charter is to give merchants the tools to easily set up and run great-looking, on-brand loyalty programs. In practical terms, this includes:
- Improving our onboarding flow and first-time user experience based on merchant feedback
- Taking merchants (our clients) from “To launch a really on-brand loyalty program, I need my development agency’s help” to “I can do that myself with just the LoyaltyLion management app in 15 minutes”
- Refining the UX of our management app to make core user journeys -- like defining your loyalty program’s rules and rewards -- easier to do
