Role
Who you are
- At least five years of closing consultative, multi-persona deals, often with complex sales cycles
- Experience collaborating with a BDR, marketing, and other channel partners
- Create energy from presenting to small and large groups of prospects
- Organized and comfortable using a modern sales tech stack
- Take a learning approach, both to the products you sell and the market
- A background in employer healthcare sales or higher education
- Experience selling at an early-stage company
What the job involves
- Report to the VP of Commercial
- Lead the new business revenue generated from your territory
- Research and prospect into your territory with the support of a BDR and Marketing
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship to gain successful business and long-term client relationships
- Develop an annual plan to hit targets in the territory, typically covering multiple states and/or regions
- Utilize a sophisticated and multi-step selling process with defined criteria, executive sponsorship, and internal business processes
- Travel to target account campuses throughout your territory, host small events and attend national and regional events to build relationships and create demand
- Take a solutions approach to sell to multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Identify accounts that need to go to RFP and guide the RFP process
- Become an expert on our solutions and our market

The United States is in the midst of a pressing mental health crisis, affecting a vast number of college students nationwide. The repercussions of students not receiving the necessary support are dire, often resulting in academic dropouts or even severe crises.
Mantra Health has stepped in to provide a digital mental health counseling platform aimed at college and university students in the US. It operates as a kind of bridge between college counseling services and mental health professionals. Acting as a supplement for counseling offices rather than a replacement, it has helped gain customers from a whole host of reputable universities including Penn State and MIT.
With 2023's fresh injection of funding, Mantra Health is expanding its workforce and forging partnerships with more insurance providers. These strategic moves aim to alleviate the financial burden currently shouldered by universities and further enhance the accessibility of mental health support for students
