Track record of success leading support teams to deliver exceptional client service in a premium enterprise software environment, as measured by quantifiable KPIs

What the job involves

Grow and develop a team of client support professionals
Manage support resourcing and quality to ensure timely response to clients and handle escalations as needed
Implement and manage execution of processes that enable delivery of best-in-class client support across multi-channel communications
Analyze support tickets and surface relevant trends to improve our client experience cross-functionally
Evaluate, implement, and maintain customer support tools and systems
