Senior PHP Backend Engineer, Procuros

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a software developer
• You possess expert knowledge of PHP and Laravel (Queues, Request, Middleware, Cache, Service Containers and Authentication)
• You have knowledge of SQL (MySQL, Postgres or MariaDB)
• You are familiar with data structures like XML and JSON
• You have experience working with RESTful APIs
• You know how to carry out Testing (Unit, Integration, End-to-End)
• You have experience with deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
• You are fluent in English (fluency in German is a plus, but not required)
• You have experience building on cloud infrastructure like (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience working in an agile (scrum) environment
• Ability to work in teams and individually
• Ability to problem solve independently and bring solutions to your own or a team member’s project challenges

• Coding Challenge: You will be asked to solve a coding problem related to our work, so you get an idea of what type of problems we are solving in Procuros, and we can evaluate your technical skills
