Role
Who you are
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Asana (or similar project management tool)
- Graphic Design Knowledge: A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and artworking
- Organizational Skills: An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Team Player & Spirit: With a collaborative attitude, working alongside cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
What the job involves
- Graphic Design: Collaborate with the creative team to support in the creation of assets for various channels, including social media, website, email marketing, packaging and print materials
- Providing administrative and work flow support across the Creative and Content team
- Collating and managing incoming content briefs, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure all the information required is included
- Overseeing the project management system to track and follow up on timelines and prioritisation to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Studio Support: Experience or willingness to coordinate with external studios and agencies to plan photography and video shoots. Supporting on model castings, sourcing props/samples and production administration
- PAM / DAM Management: Support with populating a Product / Digital Asset Management system to organize, store, and retrieve digital assets efficiently
