Previous administration experience, within HR or office management is desirable

What the job involves

To ensure the smooth running of our office in Kings Cross and Hartham Park, including ordering supplies for office and home use
Support and coordinate the management of the company suppliers’ contracts renewals ensuring an accurate log is maintained and reminders provided to relevant individuals
To support all aspects of administration across HR, L&D, Benefits and Reward systems
Travel and Hotel bookings for the company
Acting as the first point of contact for office service/facilities contractors
Own and manage the teams’ systems, ensuring they are kept up to date and GDPR compliant
Produce reports and presentations as required, both ad-hoc and standard regular reports
Management of post and courier deliveries
Support in the production of HR documents (e.g. contracts, letters, approval forms)
Liaise with IT / Technical support for any HR and L&D system matters
Health and Safety activities include arranging and coordinating office and fire risk assessments, work from home risk assessments, PAT testing, and fire evacuation procedures
Support in creating user groups and assigning modules on the company’s learning experience platform as directed
Record and share meeting minutes
Organising and renewing training for First Aiders and Fire Marshalls, acting as a Fire Warden and First Aider for the Kings Cross office. Responsible for maintaining first aid supplies
This position will be office-based Monday to Friday, we have a spacious office in Kings Cross, 5-minute walk from the main line station. In the office we offer fresh fruit, pastries, snacks, and a beer fridge (including non-alcoholic drinks)
