What the job involves

As the Sales Development Representative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline
You will develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, optimize processes, and achieve sales targets
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of SDRs, fostering a positive and motivating environment
Strategy Development: Create and execute effective lead generation strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Performance Management: Monitor team performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure smooth handoff of leads
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the SDR team to enhance their skills and knowledge
