Who you are

At least two years of experience coordinating Talent Acquisition activities, including the pre-employment process
Experience leveraging an applicant tracking system
Experience using iCIMS Talent Cloud
B2B Software or SaaS company experience
Ability to effectively learn new technology and train others
Ability to prioritize critical tasks and effectively manage time to support a variety of responsibilities
Ability to maintain confidential data with discretion

What the job involves

Support global onboarding including pre-employment checks and system-related onboarding tasks
Handle candidate inquiries through the careers inbox, voicemail, and Talent Acquisition Partner requests
Coordinate single and panel interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience
Leverage all resources available through the iCIMS Talent Cloud to support a world class hiring process
Update and maintain the job template library, pending and active jobs, as needed
Follow up with hiring managers for job description updates
Support manager enablement and general support for talent acquisition processes and tools
Follow up with hiring managers and interview participants to ensure candidate feedback after each interview
Consolidate interview feedback to support the decision-making process
Communicate with candidates regarding their application status, as requested by a Talent Acquisition Partner
