Who you are

5+ years hands-on experience as a technical support engineer
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues to root cause, ideally at the code or log level
Hands on experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman
Experience working in a CI / CD environment (like Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCi, etc) for executing automated tests and scripts
Strongly technical in SaaS support technologies
Ability to learn quickly
Well versed in best practices in the software engineering practices such as high quality code, thorough testing, and appropriate documentation
Empathetic to customers and their needs
Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with various expertise
Having exposure to SCRUM process/agile testing practices
Experience with collaboration and productivity tools such as Confluence, JIRA and test case management tools (like TestRail, Xray/Zephyr for JIRA, etc.)
Experience with version control systems like Git
Experience with Chrome Dev Tools
Strong motivation, high level of commitment, proactive and positive attitude
Great problem solving skills and detail-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves

Resolving customer issues, fixing bugs
Helping customer success team with technical implementations
Writing technical configuration scripts to on-board new customers
Writing SQL queries to extract and export data
Write simple python APIs for testing and experimenting
