- Your passion for building resilient, automated, and scalable environments on cloud platforms like AWS, your sharp mind for dissecting problems across different tech stacks, your mastery of CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and your experience managing high-performance systems are the skills that will make you successful here
- Experience administrating Jenkins and scripting with Bash, Python,, etc
- At least 5 years of experience in SRE/DevOPS fole or a related field
- Strong understanding of AWS or GCP services and infrastructure management
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Senty, Prometheus, etc)
- Proven track record of managing complex environments and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Iac tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc) and git
- Experience with shell scripting, python and/or automation tools
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- We are looking for a DevOps/SRE Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that powers diverse projects across our entire organization
- You will be the backbone that enables our teams to build, innovate, and deploy with speed and confidence
- As a valued member of our team, you will be entrusted with a variety of important responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our organization
- Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve project goals and objectives, ensuring that timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to support decision-making processes, which will involve gathering insights and data that contribute to strategic planning
- Implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges, applying creative problem-solving skills that enhance operational efficiency
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and facilitate a transparent working environment
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of new team members, fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing culture within the organization
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas of enhancement and suggesting actionable steps to optimize performance
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for Qlik Sense and Pentaho deployments
- Ensure compliance with AWS security best practices and governance policies
- Monitor AWS resource usage and implement cost optimization strategies
- Monitor CPU and RAM usage to identify performance bottlenecks
- Troubleshoot issues related to system slowdowns or crashes
- Correlate traces, metrics and logs to detect issues and bottlenecks in complex environments
- Implement observability tools to track system performance and alert thresholds
- Monitor and optimize relational database connections (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL), ensuring performance, reliability, and efficient query execution
- Participate in architectural decisions providing the infrastructure’s point of view
- Design and deploy dynamic environments
- Help on writing and diagnosing issues with CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of tools
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in design reviews to ensure conformance to design standards
