Who you are
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS Sales experience is recommended with a proven track of success and overachievement of quota
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic and creative thinker with an ability to close complex deals at large organizations
- Entrepreneurial spirit who is self-driven, and results-oriented, and highly motivated by building and fine tuning innovative sales strategies
- Genuinely curious to gain a deep understanding of your prospect’s challenges and desired results to best position Snappy’s offerings
- Ability to work independently and to effectively collaborate as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
What the job involves
- Acquire new business with a strong focus on large enterprise logos and continue to expand Snappy’s footprint throughout the first 6 months of partnership
- Identify and prospect new enterprise-level business opportunity within defined list of enterprise targets while also managing inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and proposals to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Snappy’s offerings as they are related to potential clients’ needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives, department heads, and other decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute targeted strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract closure to activation with a focus on expansion throughout the first 6 months of the relationship
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, regularly updating sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in the market to maintain a competitive edge
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client interactions and needs to contribute to product enhancements and market positioning
