Engineering Manager, Orum

• You are based in the USA. This position is not open to other countries at this time
• You have lead and/or managed an engineering team that have shipped a high-value SaaS product
• You value engineering rigor - simple, well-factored, well-tested code - and know how to coach other engineers on those skills
• You care about coaching and growing engineers
• You have experience with NodeJS/Linux stack
• You have experience working with an RDBMS using SQL

Desirable

• Hiring and managing a team of engineers
• Work with leadership to shape and refine the product vision and technical architecture for Orum and communicate those to your team
• Defining, planning, and delegating engineering tasks to be done, and communicating needs, expectations, or progress with stakeholders across the company
• Enabling the engineers in your team to do the work by reviewing, coaching, providing feedback, problem-solving, and removing roadblocks
• Setting a high technical standard, and coaching your team to consistently meet those standards
