- Has mid-level experience, ready to take your career to the next level
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch
- Experience in prototyping and user testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- You've got experience working on web-apps and are cool with a laid-back, non-hierarchical team vibe

What the job involves
- Raft is on the hunt for a seasoned Digital Product Designer (UX/UI) eager to dive into the vibrant ecosystem of a SaaS start-up
- You'll become a pivotal part of our tight-knit, cross-functional team, working closely with our Product Manager and developers of all expertise
- As a Product Designer at Raft, you'll have the exciting opportunity to spearhead the design of our desktop web app experience
- Currently, our focus is solely on the desktop interface, and your creativity will help shape this important component of our product
- Conduct user research and client interaction for problem identification
- Facilitate solution ideation with cross-functional teams through workshops
- Develop designs and iterate existing features ahead of development sprints
- Support developers during active sprints for optimal design implementation
- Manage design library including creation, updates, and maintenance
- Rapidly wireframe ideas and prototype designs
- Craft polished designs and oversee their handover to developers
- Illustrate user flows, demonstrating the functionality of designs
