Who you are

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Engineer to join our team
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer/Engineer or similar role
Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling)
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desirable

Experience with large-scale data environments
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (nice to have)
Microsoft certifications related to Power BI or data analytics

What the job involves

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and queries
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports
Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.)
Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions and resolve data-related issues
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Document processes, data models, and reporting solutions
