Who you are
- Hover is looking for a personable, driven and proactive seller who is highly customer centric
- Experience in high volume sales with a track record of achieving sales targets

What the job involves
- Your goal will be to understand our customers’ business problems and align on mutually beneficial solutions by challenging assumptions
- The Inbound Team is the first team our new customers interact with when they want to know more about Hover. The Inbound Team handles our inbound demand to provide our customers a path to purchasing Hover
- This team is primarily focused on providing a fantastic, educational, and mutually profitable customer experience for the thousands of customers who reach out to talk to sales each year
- Working directly with our customers, you will answer all inbound sales channels while maintaining a level-headed and helpful attitude under pressure
- You will apply creative problem solving and critical thinking to solve customer pain points and then pivot those discussions into sales conversations
- You will be super responsive to customer inquiries, resolving issues as fast as possible -all while asking the right questions, demonstrating strong negotiating skills, and having the ability to showcase our offerings in compelling ways
- As you grow your skills, you'll have the opportunity to work on new and innovative projects and experiments to drive business impact
- This role is based out of our New York City Hub

Our take
Hover sets out to disrupt the exterior home improvement industry with a platform that enables homeowners to turn basic photos of their property into full 3D models. The platform uses up to eight ground-level photographs of the property, which are patched together into a three-dimensional image.
This image, which is layered with information on materials and dimensions of the structure, can then be used by insurance companies to assess and price damage, without the need to dispatch an inspector.
Hover has had over one million app downloads and following series D financing in 2020, the company has invested in enhancing its 3D data platform whilst expanding its eCommerce efforts. In 2022, Hover was named one of CB Insights Top 50 innovative Insurtech companies 2022.
