Who you are
- Experience of understanding data requirements in order to write tracking specifications
- Strong communication skills to coordinate implementation and test tracking across teams
- A strong understanding of at least one commercial tracking tool and a Tag Management tool, ideally one or more of Google Analytics, Segment or GTM
- End to end experience of tracking Quality Assurance – real-time debugging, tag deployment, querying datasets etc
- Ability to translate data into quick and informative data visualisations
- Proven experience of SQL, the ability to query and aggregate large datasets in a cost-efficient way to ensure data accuracy
- Attribution and Campaign design tools experience is beneficial, especially AppsFlyer and XtremePush
What the job involves
- As an Implementation Analyst you will be working closely with the product team across all platforms (app and web) and products (media and sports betting) to ensure useful and precise data collection
- Your goal is to design, implement and test tracking solutions that capture business requirements and ensures correct reporting for multiple stakeholders, internal as well as external. You will be acting as a common point of contact for the Product and Development teams to translate product and feature requirements to meaningful data touch points
- Tracking documentation – scoping out tracking requirements, documenting them in a structured manner and keeping them up to date for the development team to implement
- End to end tracking QA – writing tracking specifications, real-time debugging, tag management, configuration, querying datasets to ensure that new data parameters are captured accurately
- Tracking monitoring – ensure accurate data and ensuring any communicated and escalated accordingly
- Monitoring data volumes from client-side sources (app and web) and allocating spend accordingly
- Education – documenting and sharing data captured along with definitions
- Act as the link between the product development team and the data team, creating structured and clear tracking documentation
- Be the expert of our tracking tools and share that knowledge across the business for stakeholders to know what data we are capturing and the definition of it
