Our take
Cryptocurrencies have become a fundamental part of both financial and cultural life. And yet, their world is often still murky and confusing to the uninitiated. This is where Boost, formerly RabbitHole, comes in, with its educational tools that help users to earn as they delve deeper into the world of crypto.
What makes Boost stand out is its commitment to meritocracy within crypto. Everything is free at the point of entry, and its model empowers users to earn and essentially build a digital resume alongside their digital wallet. It's game-ified learning too, with a range of always-different microtasks which aim to incentivise purely by letting users have more fun.
Boost is not the only platform for crypto micro tasks, and competitors like Coinbase or Biter are bigger players. But with a much larger focus on user enjoyment and education, rather than repeating mindless tasks for small financial reward, its model has real promise for growth as an increasing number of people want to explore the cryptocurrencies that are cementing their place in mainstream culture.
