What the job involves
- As a Human Resources Coordinator/Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient recruitment and onboarding of all new hires
- This will include scheduling interviews for all candidates, effectively communicating and providing guidance during the interview process, creating an engaging recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers
- You will also assist in our onboarding experience for all new hires, while learning and interacting with all other aspects of the HR function
- In conjunction with the People team, you will analyze and suggest continual improvements in the efficiency of the recruitment and onboarding process
- You will also organize, plan and participate in company events, update the company’s organizational charts, conduct audits of personnel files and I-9 forms, and establish and maintain good rapport with hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates
- Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to learn and level up from experienced HR professionals and Talent Acquisition Recruiters
- You'll gain practical experience and exposure to all aspects of HR while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- With the support and guidance of the People team, you'll have the resources you need to learn, grow, and excel in your role
