What the job involves
- Hands on role!
- 1. Accelerate Growth & Marketing Create high-performing B2B advertising assets for rapid testing and scale. Design social media visuals, carousels, and campaign collateral, event backdrops and merch. Build storyboards and assets for product, explainer, and motion videos. Own the design of high-value content: whitepapers, guides, one-pagers, and reports.
- 2. Bring data & product stories to life Design clear, compelling data visualizations and infographics. Build polished product mockups and visual components for sales and marketing. Own visual direction for all website and landing pages, continually iterating for conversion.
- 3. Power sales & leadership Create standout presentations: from sales proposals to investor decks and internal strategy materials.
- 4. Operate with autonomy, speed & craft Manage multiple projects at pace without compromising on quality. Turn abstract ideas into thoughtful, high-impact design concepts. Be a proactive partner to Marketing, Product, Sales and Leadership

Our take
Qualitative research has long been one of the most valuable (and painful) parts of building products and brands. It's slow, expensive, and often skipped altogether, leaving teams to make big decisions without full insight. There's a massive market for better customer understanding and it's only growing, yet traditional methods just aren't keeping up. So, Conveo is stepping in to change that.
It's doing so by acting as an AI-powered research coworker. Instead of weeks of planning, scheduling, interviewing, and analysis, teams can run hundreds of AI-moderated video interviews overnight, and in over 50 languages. The impact of this is huge, saving days or even weeks of work and surfacing insights humans might miss. And crucially, every insight links back to the original transcript, so researchers can trust and verify what the AI finds.
