What the job involves
- We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and creative individual to join us as our AI-enabled GTM Growth Specialist
- You'll own the ideation, execution, and optimization of innovative, scalable campaigns that directly impact our pipeline and revenue goals
- This role uniquely blends creativity, experimentation, technical curiosity, and analytical rigor—perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on measurable results, and loves exploring cutting-edge tools
- You might have founded a startup, built impactful side projects, or demonstrated significant entrepreneurial initiative in previous roles
- Your curiosity, adaptability, and ability to quickly master new technologies will enable your success
- Campaign Ideation & Execution – Design and launch multi-step campaigns targeting defined account segments. Creatively leverage channels like email, social, direct mail, and any additional innovative approaches you identify yourself
- Automation & Data Infrastructure – Build, manage, and optimize workflows that enrich and segment prospect data, trigger personalized outreach at scale, and integrate seamlessly with CRM and marketing platforms
- Testing & Optimization – Continuously run structured A/B tests on messaging, channels, cadence, and offers. Use performance insights to iterate rapidly and improve pipeline results
- Experimentation & Innovation – Continuously test new ideas, methods, and tools to reach prospects more effectively. You're encouraged to explore unconventional strategies and creative experiments
- Tech Evaluation & Adoption – Stay at the forefront of GTM and AI technologies (such as Clay, UserGems, HubSpot’s AI suite, Reachdesk), quickly identifying, evaluating, and adopting new tools that enhance campaign performance and scalability
- Reporting & Insights – Clearly measure and report the impact of your campaigns on pipeline generation, sales-accepted opportunities, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams
