What the job involves

Lead qualification: Engaging in conversations with potential leads to assess their level of interest and suitability against our qualification criteria
Lead generation: Researching and gathering information about potential customers to understand their business needs
Booking in first stage meetings with ICP target companies, for the commercial leader and founder
Hit or exceed on your targets on weekly touchpoints (you will be expected to generate 15 meetings minimum per month, through a combination of phone, email and linkedin
Keeping CRM and individual target list up to date and building upon this
Sales pipeline management: Creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline
Collaboration: Working closely with sales and marketing teams to help grow the business
Objection handling: Overcoming objections from potential customers
