Role
Who you are
- Product Management: 2+ years of proven track record in managing product development, strategy, and execution from inception to launch in a cloud-native technology company
- Product Strategy: Experience defining and executing product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Strong experience in conducting market research and analyzing competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience leading product development cycles and working within cross-functional teams
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage product initiatives in a collaborative environment
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate product goals, progress, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Generative AI Tools: Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate prototyping and proof of concepts, increasing engineering efficiency
- Frameworks: Understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Pragmatic Marketing frameworks
- Technical Background: Prior experience as a software engineer or strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- IAM Experience: Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Willingness to Travel
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key technology products
- As a TPM, you will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives
- You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, leveraging technical expertise to drive product development, and ensuring that product features align with both market demands and company vision
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, development, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering to define product architecture, technical requirements, and roadmap
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product specs and user stories for engineers
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions and strategy
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap to align with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities
- Define and track product success metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
- Drive product development using Agile methodologies, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams
- Partner with go-to-market, customer success, and sales teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to deliver high-quality product features on schedule
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate prototyping and proof of concepts, improving engineering efficiency
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor products
Our take
The prevalence of cybercrime leads to many people using a variety of complex passwords for different websites and software, including digital environments at their workplaces. Managing these passwords can be frustrating and easy to forget, and passwords are still susceptible to being stolen by hackers, putting the privacy of both the employee and the employer at risk.
Axiad provides a passwordless access platform for businesses, allowing them to implement easy-to-use MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) into all digital access checks to improve security, whilst minimizing access friction. The platform also applies MFA technology to check the authenticity of files, helping to reduce the risk of phishing and file stealing.
While the growing prevalence of MFA within business software could present a challenge within Axiad’s niche, the company has recognized that it is much simpler and more secure to unify all authentication within a single platform. Through its MFA technology, the company aims to help improve the security of digital work environments, remove friction from software access, and make operations easier for employees and employers.
