What the job involves

We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager/Operations to oversee office operations and logistics for our Boston and Tampa locations
This role supports employees and senior leadership with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks
This is a 6 + month parental leave cover with a strong possibility of extension, offering an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and potentially grow with the company
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and service providers
Support HR and employee-related activities (onboarding, offboarding, events, gifts, etc.)
Assist employees and senior management with general office needs
Coordinate office projects and events, including wellness initiatives and key meetings
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
