Role
Who you are
- 1+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language
- Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships
- Proven track record of strengthening and growing new and existing client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
- Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executives
- Salesforce, GSuite, Jira, Slack, Looker, Smartsheet experience is a plus
- Candidate will need to support clients across Europe time zones
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
What the job involves
- We, at Flywire, are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and hardworking Client Success Specialist to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to our new and existing DMCs and luxury accommodations in the EMEA region
- The Flymate will need to be fluent in English and at least one other European language
- This individual should be a phenomenal teammate, interested in building a new business unit, and be motivated by success
- The Client Success Specialist will work with the Travel Sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of the our current client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize Flywire’s Payment Solution
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within existing Travel business client accounts
- Creating the ideal strategy for each Travel business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling
- Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms
- Working with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding
- Strategic Consultation - Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy
- Also provide a feedback loop for The Client, by gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel
- Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by Flywire and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with Travel clients when representing Flywire
- Execution and results oriented - A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
