Role
Who you are
- Professional experience in a integrations or technical support role (Hotel Tech Industry is a plus)
- Great communication skills to coordinate between our team (developers and customer success), clients and partners
- Basic knowledge of how APIs (e.g. REST API) work and understanding of Json and (OTA)XML data formats
- A well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through, as well as a commitment to individual and team deadlines
- Persistent, detail-oriented and expected to be self-directed
- Open to experimenting with new strategies and tools to achieve OKRs
- Higher Education preferably in Hotel Management / IT / Business
- You like to be proactive and understand how things work
- You are tech-savvy with a deep curiosity regarding technology
- Ability to take feedback, learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Native or fluent in English is a must

- Being based in Europe
- Domain knowledge about hotel operations with use of a PMS and/or CM is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Technical Support / Integrations Manager (m/f/d) at RoomPriceGenie you will have an interesting and challenging role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Interact as a connection between the RoomPriceGenie tech team and the end customer to coordinate the solving of technical integration problems and API issues
- Provide professional support in managing relationships with our technical partners (PMS & Channel Management companies), guiding everyone through onboarding, pilot and launch phase
- Manage partner integration projects and serve as the link of communication between RoomPriceGenie’s technical partners and internal teams
- Create documentation for existing and new integrations to enable other team members and clients to solve first-level support queries themselves
- Ensure that our integration quality standards are met and best connectivity cooperation is established
