Senior Data Analyst, ZEBEDEE

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Experience with Marketing Analytics (e.g., attribution modeling, campaign performance analysis, customer segmentation, marketing mix modeling) using AppsFlyer
• Expertise in Mobile Measurement Partners MMPs (Appsflyer)
• Expert-level SQL skills with proven ability to optimize complex queries
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Redshift
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Experience with materialized views, dbt, or similar transformation tools
• Previous experience mentoring junior team members

Desirable

• The Senior Data Analyst — Marketing Analytics role will report directly to the VP of Business Intelligence to drive growth through data-driven marketing decisions
• You'll partner with the marketing team to optimize user acquisition strategies, analyze campaign performance, and develop automated reporting solutions
• Using your expertise in Mobile Measurement Partners MMPs (Appsflyer), SQL, and data visualization, you'll help optimize ROAS, improve conversion rates across the funnel, and identify high-value user segments
• This role is crucial in elevating our marketing team's analytical capabilities and ensuring data-driven decision making for all marketing initiatives
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and materialized views in Amazon Redshift
• Build and maintain funnel analysis dashboards tracking user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics
• Develop attribution models using AppsFlyer data to optimize channel mix and ROAS
• Analyze user segments and cohorts to identify high-value user acquisition opportunities
• Analyze return on ad spend and top sources of traffic
• Experience with mobile marketing campaign attribution using MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust and/or Singular
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's technical direction
• Lead data modeling efforts and establish best practices for data governance
• Document technical processes and maintain comprehensive data documentation
