Marketing Manager, Revving

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or adtech environments.
• Proven experience leading content strategy and managing content production from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, personal branding, and engagement strategies.
• Experience managing events and associated marketing activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized and proactive, with a strong roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across blog posts, case studies, newsletters, email sequences, and website copy.
• Own and manage the content calendar, collaborating with internal teams, partners, and external contributors to create, source, and repurpose content.
• Grow and manage Revving’s social media presence across key platforms, executing campaigns that amplify content, promote product updates, and drive key initiatives, while monitoring performance and optimizing strategies based on engagement.
• Lead the planning, execution, and promotion of Revving-hosted events, webinars, and conference activations, managing event logistics, partnerships, and marketing collateral.
• Act as the central point of contact for all marketing activities, collaborating with design, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage and report on marketing tools (Looker Studio, Google Analytics), tracking performance and analyzing metrics across all stages of the marketing funnel to refine strategies and drive growth.
• Support and enhance the personal brands of the founders by creating and scheduling content tailored to their voice and audience.
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, providing clear direction and ownership of processes and performance reporting.
