What the job involves
- You're responsible for hiring the right people to deliver our AI courses. People who understand business, love learning, and know how to teach in a way that sticks
- You’ll think deeply about what makes a great AI coach (hint: it’s not just what’s on their CV) and work closely with our People team to find them
- You’ll lead your team’s development, making sure their AI knowledge stays current and their coaching skills keep getting sharper
- You’ll run high-quality training, create space for reflection and feedback, and make sure our coaches bring the latest tools and ideas into their sessions
- You'll make sure every learner has an experience that’s thoughtful, high-impact, and aligned to our values
- That means regular 1:1s, honest conversations, and clear goals. Plus, ensuring we’re always learning from what’s working and what’s not
- You’ll own the day-to-day running of the course, from onboarding through to final assessments
- You’ll feed into how we structure and improve our programmes. Things like content pacing, live examples, and delivery flow
- You’ll help keep us rooted in real-world AI applications that land with learners
- You’ll be the go-to person for anything related to AI coaching at Makers
- You’ll collaborate with the wider business, from Client Partners to Operations, to share insights, learner updates, and thought leadership
- You’ll work with other Heads to design new products, plan team priorities, and make sure AI coaching is part of the bigger picture
