Who you are

Average of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field
Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, as well as acquiring new logo accounts OR focusing exclusively on new logos (Hunter role)
Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
Ability to strategize with a large extended team
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

What the job involves

Our up-market Enterprise team focuses on working with exciting growing organizations of 4,501- 10,001+ employees. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities
This role will be specifically selling into one large account: Edward Jones based in St. Louis. Candidates should be located as close as possible to that location
Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform
They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and C-suite decision makers within their patch, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments
You will use your skills to develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
Drive growth within an existing assigned account
