Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both photography and videography, a keen appreciation for science, a refined design aesthetic, and a genuine enthusiasm for the WHOOP brand
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work in design and multimedia
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or post-production studio
- Proficient in visual and interactive design, including typography, layout, color, and motion
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness

What the job involves
- As a Content Creator in the Office of the Global Head of Human Performance, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life
- Your primary responsibilities will include conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia projects for the Global Head of Human Performance and Principal Scientist
- This includes creating social media content that highlights company initiatives and developing videos that showcase Office’s research and the capabilities of WHOOP
- You will report directly to and collaborate closely with the Global Head of Human Performance and with the creative team at WHOOP
- Applicants will need to be willing to travel and should be prepared to provide samples of their work as part of the application process
- Create engaging graphics (both motion and static) to enhance our social media presence. Develop compelling video content for digital marketing and other channels
- Utilize Adobe After Effects to produce dynamic motion graphics
- Translate data into impactful visualizations for marketing and editorial purposes using WHOOP’s data and analytical tools
- Design technical and user-friendly infographics and occasionally assist in creating presentation decks
- Work closely with the WHOOP marketing design team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and creative standards
- Organize and maintain creative assets in centralized repositories
- Use your skills to assist with photo and video shoots as needed
