Role
Who you are
- Take the helm in managing and owning a 13-week cash flow report, ensuring financial stability and foresight
- Utilise your expert financial modeling skills to create and maintain comprehensive financial and operational models, including intricate bottom-up financial cohort models
- Manage our 3rd party bookkeeping team to maintain efficient and accurate accounting systems, keeping the financial engine running smoothly
- Own the month-end reporting process, providing a clear and accurate snapshot of our financial standing
- Prepare compelling investor reports, showcasing our financial prowess and potential
- Dive deep into data, analysing KPIs such as cash flow, cash conversion cycle, LTV, retention/churn, and more, contributing to informed decision-making
Desirable
- Possess 4+ years of finance experience, coupled with a qualified accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of and interest in key DTC KPIs, bringing a fresh perspective to the table
- Showcase expert financial modelling skills, turning numbers into actionable insights
- Experience with Xero is preferred but not required, as we value adaptability and a willingness to learn
