Who you are
- You will succeed if you are driven, adaptive, and entrepreneurial
- 4+ years of experience in a closing role, with at least 2 years in SaaS sales
- Tenacious about winning deals - multithreading, flipping challenges into opportunities, and breaking through obstacles excites you
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity, proactively making strategic decisions, and ready to dive in at any level to drive results
- Passionate about the potential of AI in sales and an active user of tools like ChatGPT. You're resourceful, proactive, and adept at leveraging AI to streamline your day-to-day work
- Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, are adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize

What the job involves
- As a founding Account Executive at Sybill, you will sell a product that you use every day. You will bring magic into the lives of your peers, helping fellow B2B AEs execute faster and crush their quota, while taking less stress
- You will own your pipeline end-to-end, engaging directly with decision makers in mid-market accounts
- You will use AI creatively to break into accounts, run highly effective sales cycles, and solve problems for your buyers. You are at the frontlines of bringing AI into sales
- You will be surrounded by a team that brings enthusiasm, creativity, and relentless drive to solve the biggest problems in the lives of B2B sellers today
- Identify potential customers and engage them all the way from prospecting to close
- Run exceptional demo calls, helping buyers solve their problems using Sybill and clearly articulating Sybill’s current and expanding unique value propositions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with unwavering intensity, ensuring a continuous flow of highly qualified leads and opportunities
- Leverage Sybill daily, showcasing firsthand how the product elevates your efficiency, buyer engagement, and deal velocity
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, providing accurate forecasting and proactively managing your pipeline
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional buyer experiences

To help sales teams maximise their time, Sybill provides an AI that reduces the time spent on administrative tasks so that they can instead focus on building client relationships.
It's a simple but effective proposition. Sybill's AI can take deal notes, draft tone-correct follow-up emails and write process-aware CRM updates. Its model was built specifically for sales, making it a better option than more generic AI admin tools.
The company has raised significant funds, the latest of which will be used to further the development of its AI and build out its team. With upwards of 500 paying customers, the company has got off to a great start and is set up nicely for future growth.
