Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst or in a similar role, intensely focused on documenting requirements and solutions
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Proven ability to analyze, define, and document, ensuring that business needs are communicated and executed across functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, perform data analysis to identify trends, detect anomalies, and validate assumptions, using insights to inform strategic decisions
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, able to identify areas of opportunity for scale efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress to Product Owners
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar to track and manage analysis deliverables
What the job involves

- As a Product Business Analyst, you will join our Product team supporting a suite of strategic platform enhancements to drive scalability, efficiency, and risk reduction
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and design teams, deep-diving into product, process, and technical structures to ensure that business requirements are well-defined, tracked, and executed
- Your ability to define and document solutions effectively will be critical in delivering high-quality product features that align with business goals
- This role offers the unique opportunity to directly impact our ability to scale our product offerings to a more prominent partner base
- Analyze multiple workstreams for key product enhancements, ensuring requirements are gathered, defined, and documented
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to document and analyze workflows, processes, and technical structures
- Use Data Analytics and metrics to assess success and identify opportunities for process improvements that align with strategic goals
- Gather and analyze business requirements for each workstream, translating them into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows
- Facilitate working groups with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to gather input feedback and sign off on requirements
- Write test cases to ensure development aligns with expected functionality and can be validated
- Support product owners in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing workstreams, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet key milestones
- Assist in production releases by working closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure that all functional releases align with acceptance criteria
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform workstream prioritization and ensure the product meets market demands
