Role
Who you are
- You have 2-6 years of experience in managing and building dashboards across business areas
- Demonstrated knowledge of using Tableau as a visualization tool
- A naturally inquisitive person who loves working with data to solve complex problems
- Experience in driving new projects end-to-end, from design phase to production
- Experience in using data to define a narrative using exploratory analysis and insights
- Experience communicating complex concepts to senior stakeholders, both analytical and non-analytical
- Expert in SQL and Tableau
- Prior experience in using Python/R a benefit but not necessary
What the job involves
- We are now looking for a Data Analyst or a Senior data analyst to help us take this to the next level
- Partner and support the business with its reporting, MI and visualisation needs
- Be the resident go to person for All MI , reporting and visualization needs
- Develop a clear reporting and KPI framework for the whole organisation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Work with the CDO, Head of Analytics, Head of data engineering and Head of data science to build out the data and analytics strategy for Oodle
- Communicating insights and strategy decisions to different business partners, developers, operations teams, and management
- Willing to go deep and try things out, be it potential new analytics, an opportunity with new datasets, new analysis techniques or new analysis-related tools
