What the job involves

We are looking for a motivated, proactive individual to drive the overall relationship with clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
The Customer Success Manager will identify opportunities in the market and strengthen strategic relationships to drive customer acquisition in the US
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to superb interpersonal and communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process
You will work alongside the President, VP of Business Development and multidisciplinary experts to generate qualifying leads and drive B2B enterprise sales growth
Research, support, and attend industry events and webinars
Provide qualified prospects with product demonstrations and presentations
Prepare the client contract proposal and assist in closing the sales process
Follow up and manage all qualified leads and partners through a structured sale cycle and document this through our CRM
Own and lead the onboarding and training process for news clients to ensure seamless implementation and long-term, successful solution adoption
Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, building trust and rapport while identifying customer needs, detecting areas of opportunity, and documenting learnings
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to maximize client retention and growth through the customer journey
