What the job involves

  • Drata is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join the team
  • This person will be a key member of the marketing team at a fast-growing, Series C B2B SaaS startup
  • In this role you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives at the regional level to support overall marketing goals and objectives
  • This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics, ABM, third party event/tradeshow management and how to effectively manage a marketing budget
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop a regional marketing plan that is aligned with overall business goals and objectives
  • Regional Market Activation: Identify target markets and segments within assigned regions, and develop tailored marketing programs to drive brand awareness and new business pipeline
  • Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, webinars and community events to generate leads and foster relationships with customers and partners
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of field marketing activities with overall business strategies and objectives
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
  • Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to support field marketing initiatives as needed
