What the job involves

Customer Support: Handle inbound support inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products
Provide clear and concise explanations to customers, ensuring their understanding
Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product features, functionality, and limitations
Stay up-to-date with product updates and releases
Provide accurate and informative product information to customers
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the engineering team when necessary
Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing timely and effective support
Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement

Our take

Buying a home is one of the most stressful processes, involving multiple parties - estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, lenders, and surveyors. Combined with the outdated, non-standardised software these parties use, it's no surprise buying is a painful process.

Homey is working to change that though, by rebuilding the software landscape used by the parties involved in the home-buying process. In turn, making home-buying a more pleasurable experience.

While the company is still in stealth mode, it is already working with 20 of the biggest estate agents/law firms in the UK and is already seeing profits, making for a promising future.
