Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing, content creation, and community management
- You are up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with different audiences
- Experience in planning, organizing, and hosting webinars, including knowledge of webinar platforms and best practices
- Knowledge of podcast production, guest management, and podcast distribution platforms
- Familiarity with customer testimonial creation, case study development, and leveraging testimonials for marketing purposes
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software
What the job involves
- B2B Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our target audience, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website
- Create and curate compelling content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, to share across various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Test and validate creative ideas to shape our social media and content strategy
- Set specific objectives, monitor web traffic metrics and report on ROI
- Webinars & Podcasts:
- Plan and coordinate webinars targeting potential B2B customers to educate them about our SaaS product, showcase its features and benefits, and generate leads
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales team, and other stakeholders to develop webinar content, presentations, and scripts
- Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, registration, hosting, and post-webinar follow-ups
- Develop and execute a podcast strategy to establish our brand as a thought leader in the B2B SaaS industry
- Identify relevant topics, research potential guests, and conduct interviews with industry experts, customers, and internal team members
- Coordinate the production, editing, and promotion of podcast episodes on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and our website
- Customer Testimonials:
- Identify satisfied customers willing to provide testimonials about their positive experiences using our B2B SaaS product
- Conduct interviews or gather written testimonials from customers and create compelling case studies or success stories
- Leverage customer testimonials across marketing channels, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and sales collateral
- Content
- Take over and support various content marketing projects - from ideation and content research to coordinating content production
- Support us in building the number one brand for mental health support at the workplace
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content together with our video producers, designers and copywriters (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Employee mental health and well-being are increasingly being spotlighted, as employers realise that it's both financially and socially responsible for them to take an active role in supporting their employees. Nilo.health helps them do this with its mental health platform, providing therapists and digital content all in one place.
Providing a comprehensive platform is how the company stands out in the space. But this does also present a challenge, as each facet of its solution much be competitive against more niche rivals. That said, Nilo.health is off to a promising start, securing funds to help expand its offering and footprint.
The company has also announced a merger with Likeminded, a fellow employee mental health platform.
