- Knowledge of the streaming space, use of either Spotify, Apple Music or both

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels

What the job involves
- The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing team to assist and provide support in all aspects of the marketing process
- Be Administrative:
- Maintain marketing updates and timelines for meetings
- Work with Video Admin to ensure all new videos are logged in Ci and serviced to the project team and third parties
- Budgeting in Uniport; including approving quotes, raising POs etc
- Sourcing and ordering any merchandise or special items
- Ordering any POS needed e.g. flyers, stickers, posters
- Co-ordinating Planning Meetings
- Assist in TV and Radio ads booking and production
- Creating assets for marketing campaigns
- Keeping internal release schedules up to date, including all international releases
- Arranging travel/accommodation
- Co-ordinating showcases with the Marketing team
- Booking cabs/couriers
- Ticket ordering for gigs on behalf of the label
- Personally assisting one of the heads of Marketing including diary management
- Be Operational:
- Initiating new releases and videos at request of Product Managers & Marketing Director
- Liaising with marketing, designer, and artist/management to deliver, copy check, and facilitate approval
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Creation of affiliate, re-marketing links within Universal's Linkfire system
- Work in conjunction with FUSED (digital marketing)
- Making sure ad copy is delivered to advertisers, in conjunction with designers
- General administration (invoicing, filing, ordering stationery/CD stock)
- Maintain marketing campaigns in UmusicBox
- Attend gigs; assist on facilitating after shows + showcases
- Ensuring that all Artists birthdays are acknowledged
- Any other reasonable duties as required by marketing team
