Sales Development Representative, Yotpo

• You've been in a customer-facing role for at least 1 year
• You are a fluent speaker of German or Spanish
• Effective communication: You can adapt your messaging and narrative to the audience as appropriate
• Creative problem solving: You like to look beyond the solutions you have today
• Active listener: You demonstrate empathy when working with team members and clients and can adapt on the fly
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks within deadlines
• Must have a valid U.K. work authorization to apply

• Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we will help you develop the skills you need to grow with us
• Research potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Maintain an assigned pipeline of prospects
• Uphold active engagement with existing leads through a tailored and customized approach. You must come up with creative follow-up communications designed to increase contact interest in Yotpo
• Partner with, and help to build the pipelines of, Account Executives who will assist in developing and sharpening your skills through consistent feedback
• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals of qualified opportunities and closed business
