- We are looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives by balancing hands-on coding, thoughtful team management, and strategic technical leadership. You'll drive projects with clarity, care, and intensity, supporting your team members' growth and leading by example
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing engineering teams while actively contributing to codebases
- Strong technical chops: comfortable coding, reviewing code, and architecting systems at scale
- Proven ability to drive clarity and alignment around complex technical decisions and challenges
- Empathetic leader who supports team growth and champions best practices in software engineering

Unlike traditional linear code review processes - where code is committed and then reviewed - Graphite allows for concurrent reviews. With strong support and a growing community of users, Graphite has gained traction across even the most traditional engineering teams, and in late 2025 was acquired by AI coding assistant Cursor.
