Role
Who you are
- At least 7 years of sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup
- At least 3 years of experience managing a sales enablement team
- Experience enabling sellers with average deal size of at least $100,000
- Experience rolling out sales methodologies
- Experience building onboarding and ever boarding programs for AEs and AMs, SDRs a plus
- Comfortable in highly ambiguous environments and wearing many hats
- Bonus: previously was a high performing SDR, AE, or CSM; directly engaged with prospects or customers
What the job involves
- EliseAI is looking for our first Head of GTM Enablement who will spearhead the design, execution, and enhancement of training initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams
- You will craft onboarding programs and measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts to optimize team performance
- You will be 100% responsible and accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enablement for the Sales and CS teams
- Develop onboarding programs for Sales and CS that decrease ramp-up time
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Product leadership to identify training needs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
- Create and manage a metrics framework and reporting to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on performance
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure tools such as Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, etc. are used for maximum effectiveness
- Work with Marketing and Sales Ops on optimizing case studies, product demos, and competitive intelligence
- Create tests and certifications to ensure ongoing training and knowledge is retained
- Consistently monitor Sales and CS calls to verify adherence to call scripts and SOPs for demos, and offer constructive feedback to both the team and leadership

EliseAI, previously MeetElise, provides AI-powered leasing agent software that aims to solve this problem.
The company deploys machine learning to fill communication gaps between agents and clients, in addition to providing mixed reality solutions for digital property viewings. The startup claims that their software increases conversion rates from traditional leasing methods and tools by more than 65%, responding instantly to 90% of custom inquiries for over 250,000 properties. 60% of the top 50 real estate businesses in the US use EliseAI, whilst 30 million residents and prospective customers have had conversations with the AI.
Estate agents across the globe have developed digital platforms to serve customers digitally. However, EliseAI presents an all-in-one solution that aims to support estate agents and their clients, regardless of whether in-person communication is possible. Funding secured by the company will be used by to propel its growth and prop up its already secured equity capital.
