Who you are
- Prior experience in business development, go-to-market, or marketing roles at early-stage enterprise startups is greatly appreciated
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and dynamics
- Knowledge of the video games industry is a great plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a startup environment
- Education Level: Fourth-Year University Level
- Experience: > 6 months
What the job involves
- As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Growth & Partnerships on various missions
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead prospecting and outreach efforts to drive top-of-funnel lead generation
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities. Engage prospects through personalized and persistent follow-up
- Work with the Business Development Representative & the Head of Partnerships to manage the business development cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Plan and execute conference strategies to accelerate business development efforts
- Collaborate closely with the product and integration team to align growth strategies with broader business objectives
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential clients effectively

Kinetix is a no-code platform that provides users with the tools to create AI-generated gestures for the metaverse. The technology is designed to be as accessible as possible and is free to use, allowing customers to quickly upload images from films and other media to create characters and animations for implementation within the virtual world.
Kinetix has attracted serious funding, with participation from 2 major virtual worlds. As AI-generated animation is still a relatively new frontier, the company’s NFT generation platform could encounter complications down the road.
